Hyderabad Chicken Dum Biryani can be prepared in 3 simple steps:
Marinate the 500gm chicken/mutton using feast365 masala paste
prepare the 500gm biryani rice with whole masala
In a thick bottom vessel, add oil and cook the marinated meat for 5 mins. Now layer cooked rice on top of meat and add 75ml of rice boiled water and dum cook for 15 mins on low heat.
Masala paste mixing ratio:
200gm Masala paste + 500gm Chicken/Mutton + 500gm Raw rice
